Enhanced resources and tools for personalized, guided support
Our easy-to-use enrollment and administration tools help your retirees make informed decisions about their health care needs and can help estimate their annual costs for those plans offered to them. Once your retirees log into our retiree benefit website, the following tools are immediately available:
- Ask Emma: Emma is your retirees’ personal enrollment guide. Your retirees immediately meet Emma when they begin the enrollment process, and she’ll walk them through the enrollment process each step of the way.
- Out-of-pocket estimate: Your retirees can begin to get an idea of what each plan will cost them with our out-of-pocket estimator tool. This tool starts by asking your retirees simple, confidential questions about their expected medical needs including things like how many primary care visits, specialist visits and surgeries they anticipate for the year. It then takes the costs of the premiums, deductibles, copays and coinsurance for each plan offered and compares them to how they answered the questions. The result is an estimated cost organized and displayed for each plan.
- Rx Lookup: With our Rx Lookup tool, your retirees can look up any medication and see if it’s covered under the plans offered to them. They can even search for a pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. And, if they prefer a mail-order pharmacy instead, there’s an option for that as well. Based on your retirees’ medications and selections, the tool will give them an estimate of what they can expect to pay for their prescriptions under each plan offered to them.
- Provider search: Making sure your retirees’ doctors are in your network is important. Using our provider search tool, your retirees can find out if their doctors are in network for each of the plans offered to them. The tool also allows them to search for specialists, hospitals, pharmacies and other health care facilities.
